    LAW FIRM BILLINGS – INVOICES RARELY MATCH GC GUIDELINES

    CrownBridge recently completed a major document review for a client that is quite telling. The client, the GC office of a very large user of traditional law firm legal services and one of the largest companies in the Southeast, retained CrownBridge to review legal billings from their law firms. Specifically, CrownBridge reviewed thousands of pages of detailed outside counsel billings and compared those billings with the outside counsel guidelines established between our client and the outside firms. Two-thirds of all billings deviated from the agreements that our clients had with the law firm's billings. (more...)

    Lawyers That Get It
